A LIL BIT ABOUT ME

I'm an artistic dude who's been obsessed with architecture since I was a kid. Growing up in Princeton, New Jersey,I spent hours staring at the beautiful gothic buildings in my town. In the third grade, I learned how to draw a 3D house, and suddenly my connection with design grew.

When it came time to choose a college,I had a very specific vision in mind. I wanted a modern campus with a killer architecture program. So I did what any self-respecting millennial would do: I Googled "modern college campus" and stumbled upon UNC Charlotte. The fact that it was in the South was a total bonus, since I'd never been further south than D.C. before.

As soon as I arrived on campus, I fell in love. The architecture program was everything I'd hoped for and more. But it wasn't until my sophomore year that I discovered something even bigger than architecture: urban design.

It all started when I took a trip on the light rail to a neighborhood called South End. The energy was palpable. There were bars, breweries, apartment complexes, and dog parks all connected by a paved sidewalk. It was like nothing I'd ever seen before, and I was hooked. I shifted my focus to geography and planning-based classes, and the rest is history.

Now, I'm a graduate of UNC Charlotte with a Bachelors degree in Architecture and a minor in Urban Studies; and a Masters degree in Urban Design at the same university. The projects featured on this site are a mix of my collegiate work and some personal projects. Take a look around and let me know what you think!
